Welcome to Desert Birdies! We provide mobile golf and event experiences throughout Las Vegas, Nevada. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Desert Birdies offers mobile golf and event rentals, including:
Pop-up golf simulator
Mobile mini golf
Golf clubs and golf balls
Furniture rentals
Event add-ons and accessories
Our services are available for private parties, corporate events, weddings, celebrations, fundraisers, and other special events.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation - To secure a booking, a completed booking form and payment deposit are required. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a signed rental agreement.
2.2 Payment Terms - We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due the day before the event. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required upon confirmation.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation policy:
30+ days before the event: Full deposit refund
15–29 days before the event: 50% deposit refund
14 days or less before the event: No refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by Desert Birdies. Weather-related rescheduling is addressed below.
4. Security & Damage Deposit
A $500 security/damage deposit is required for each booking.
The deposit will be returned within 7 business days after the event, provided all rental equipment and furniture are returned in substantially the same condition as provided, excluding normal wear and tear.
The deposit may be used for damage, loss, missing items, excessive cleaning, or misuse of Desert Birdies equipment or furniture.
If damages or losses exceed the $500 deposit, the customer is responsible for the remaining reasonable repair or replacement costs.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing a safe, suitable, and accessible space for the rented equipment and furniture.
Customers and guests agree to:
Follow all safety instructions provided by Desert Birdies.
Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
Take reasonable care of all equipment and furniture.
Not move or modify equipment or furniture without permission.
Keep golf activities within designated playing areas.
Ensure children are appropriately supervised.
Ensure guests do not use equipment while intoxicated or in an unsafe manner.
The customer is responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests.
6. Event Space & Setup Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for setup and takedown. Approximately 30’l x 25’w x15’h clear space is required for the golf simulator.
Outdoor setups must be on a suitable, reasonably flat surface and have adequate protection from weather when required.
Customers must notify Desert Birdies in advance of any stairs, narrow gates, difficult access, low ceilings, uneven surfaces, HOA restrictions, or other conditions that could affect setup.
Desert Birdies reserves the right to decline setup if the location is determined to be unsafe or unsuitable.
7. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
Desert Birdies will deliver, set up, and remove rental equipment according to the services included with the customer's booking.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event location is accessible at the scheduled delivery and pickup times.
Additional fees may apply for extended waiting times, difficult access, or significant changes to the agreed-upon setup.
Once equipment and furniture have been set up, customers and guests may not relocate or disassemble items without approval from Desert Birdies.
8. Weather Policy
For outdoor events, customers are encouraged to have a suitable backup location or covered area.
If weather conditions make an outdoor setup unsafe for guests, staff, or equipment, Desert Birdies may modify, postpone, or cancel the setup.
When reasonably possible, we will work with the customer to reschedule the event at no additional rental charge, subject to availability.
9. Safety & Liability
Golf and recreational activities involve inherent risks, including golf club and golf ball injuries, slips, trips, falls, and other accidents.
Customers and guests voluntarily participate in these activities and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Desert Birdies.
Unsafe, reckless, destructive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of equipment use without a refund.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Desert Birdies is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or unsafe behavior by customers or guests.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under Nevada law.
10. Desert Birdies Responsibilities
Desert Birdies will make reasonable efforts to:
Provide the services and equipment included in the customer's booking.
Deliver and set up equipment safely and timely
Provide equipment and furniture in good working condition.
Provide reasonable assistance with equipment operation.
Address technical or equipment issues that arise during an event.
If a significant equipment failure prevents us from providing a booked service, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the equipment or provide an appropriate refund for the affected service.
11. Photography & Marketing
With customer permission, Desert Birdies may photograph or record our equipment, event setup, or event for promotional and marketing purposes.
Customers may opt out of photography or video use by notifying Desert Birdies in writing.
12. Privacy & Customer Information
Desert Birdies collects customer information necessary to process bookings, communicate about events, and provide our services.
We do not sell customer information.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
14. Changes to These Terms
Desert Birdies reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as our services and business evolve. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings.
